OCBC Circular Fashion transformed corporate uniform waste into a nationwide sustainability movement. With over 6,500 employees across Indonesia, OCBC faced a hidden environmental challenge: thousands of short-lifecycle uniforms contributing to textile waste. Instead of disposal, 250 kg of unused uniforms were collected through branch-wide donation drives and upcycled into functional products through collaboration with employees, sustainability designer Adrie Basuki, disability community Precious One, and women artisan community Rappo.

Products were sold internally, raising Rp 25.9 million and funding the planting of 1,036 mangrove trees in Tambakrejo, Semarang—with OCBC employees directly participating in the planting activities. The movement engaged 20% of employees nationwide and extended into public sustainability showcases.

OCBC Circular Fashion proves that when sustainability starts from within, it creates measurable environmental impact while empowering communities and redefining corporate responsibility.
