MCP (Metro City Plaza), under Henderson Land, upholds strong ESG commitment. In summer 2025, MCP partnered with Hong Kong THEi’s Fashion Design (Honours) programme to launch the “Wish Comes True” Sustainable Fashion Design Competition. Open to all Hong Kong Primary Schools, it drew 500+ entries from over 100 schools, highlighting young students’ passion for sustainability. Mentored by WorldSkills Medallion winner Ms. Nisham Limbu, shortlisted children upcycled materials to create wearable eco-garments from their designs. The inspiring finale — a professional Award Ceremony and Fashion Show on 27 July 2025 — saw participants model their own creations, embodying sustainable fashion and empowering the next generation.
