Vanguard, one of the world’s largest investment firms, marked its 50th anniversary with a standout Australian Partnership Day for 800 employees. As the flagship celebration of this milestone, the event honoured five decades of achievement while recognising the team’s contribution over the past year.

Rejecting a traditional anniversary format, we partnered with Vanguard to deliver a vibrant music festival experience — Celebrating Good Tunes & Great Crew Since 1975. The day featured festival-style food trucks, more than 14 interactive activities, a merch tent, glam studio, karaoke and Guitar Hero stages, bespoke puzzles and games, roving performers, a silent disco and a DJ spinning the Vanguard Top 50.

The result was a memorable, high-energy celebration that strengthened pride and connection, with satisfaction ratings exceeding 90% (up from 79% the previous year) and 88% of attendees feeling positive about working at Vanguard.
