Transformation Realised 2022 was Ernst & Young’s (EY) highly successful internal learning week for the APAC region, with over 3,000 participants, 197 learning sessions and 70,000 learning hours completed. The event utilized transformative technology, including motion capture, real-time rendering, extended reality, digital collaboration tools and modern content distribution, resulting in a 25% increase in the team’s understanding of EY’s transformation strategy, compared to the previous year’s 12%. The participants rated their learning experience at 4.3 out of 5 in a post-event survey, demonstrating the success of the innovative approach to technology and learning. The event showcases EY’s commitment to staying ahead in the business transformation industry and providing their team with effective and engaging learning experiences. This is the second year in a row that we have run and innovated on this program for EY.
