Marine Debatte

Back in 2006, Marine started her career by founding the first professional hospitality agency in Shanghai, French Touch. In 2010, her company was bought by an Events Agency and started off with 6 Pavilions on the Shanghai World Expo 2010. She then produced international events such as the Nanjing G20 Seminar and high-end competitions like Bocuse d’Or Asia.
By moving to BIW she wanted to make a lasting impact on people through events: engaging people, service & quality are set in her DNA. Her clients call her “mum” for a reason and so do her 2 kids!
Besides being onsite, Marine’s favorite moment is discovering new destinations and especially finding one of kind experiences for the participants.
Back from her second pregnancy early 2017, Marine came back more motivated and efficient than ever and planned and executed amazing events in record times. In Shanghai and Singapore, her APAC team won pitch after pitch, and managed up to 4 times more programs than the previous fiscal year. Her energy, never give up spirit and client service mindset made all the difference both internally and externally. Celebrating her 5th Anniversary at BI Worldwide, she has been a true WonderWoman this year!
