The agency head joined in 2017 as Managing Director, she spearheaded the company’s focus on production and operations, and events for clients in IT, Auto, Hospitality, FMCG, Finance and Real Estate industries. Her knowledge of the industry has proved invaluable to her clients and staff alike. She is a plethora of knowledge and contacts that are the envy of many. Some joke that Anna is literally an encyclopaedia… she is the little black book of Asia! She has brought on new clients and reignited existing with unprecedented trajectory growth in revenue. She champions a passionate, inclusive culture and offers support and guidance to all. Her innate ability to demonstrate confidence in the face of adversity is a key and critical skill. Her empathy and management style is always focused on the team, their aspirations and goals. She encourages us to dream BIG, focus on what drives us.

In 2019 we launched a Singapore office and extended our project work throughout the region, delivered campaigns for clients including Xero’s Xerocon, TEDxSydney and SAP on their inaugural e’ffect ‘unconference.’ We saw a 120% employee growth rate, with new hires across creative, accounts and production.

We were nominated for 20+ internationally renowned awards not just for our approach to experiential but end-to-end campaign work, and our people elevated the industry through coverage in key industry media and speaking at the likes of Spice News’ Events Uncovered and The Special Event Asia.
