Known for his avant-garde approach to strategy and problem-solving skills, Mihira Kulatunga is a seasoned professional with 20+ years of experience in Advertising, Sales, Marketing, and General Management. After a multi award-winning stint in advertising with J. Walter Thompson, he moved to Unilever, where for the last 15 years he has handled multiple categories, across functional roles and P&L responsibilities within South Asia.

He is currently the Marketing Manager at Unilever Food Solutions for Malaysia and Singapore. Mihira is a specialist in brand building, communication, marketing science, and process management.

Ray Rudowski is the Founder & Managing Director of Hong Kong-based Epic Communications Ltd, a firm focusing exclusively on Crisis Planning, Training & C-Suite Counsel. After lauching Epic Communications in 2018, he quickly expanded his consulting business which now advises all business sectors including financial services, FMCG, hospitality & aviation, energy, logistics & media/professional services.
