Amir Widjaya

Amir is currently EVP Head of Marketing & Lifestyle Business at OCBC NISP, where he is responsible for driving overall marketing initiatives and growth strategy from customer acquisition, mobile sales, branding, communication, media, channels, and digital marketing to activation/sponsorship. He is also in charge of the lifestyle business that includes credit card solutions, personal loan, digital lending, beyond-loyalty business, and strategic alliances.

He received his first SVP posting when he was only 30 and has achieved about 50+ marketing awards up to date. With his 20 years of expertise as a marketer in the financial services industry (HSBC, Bank Mega, Permata Bank, and OCBC NISP), Amir believes in right-left brain integration to fully seduce consumers yet drive sales. He always strives to be a design-thinker/marketer who can solve analytically and a strategist who can think innovatively.

Brooke Byrne

Brooke is a seasoned professional in corporate events and marketing. Her team’s prowess in crafting award-winning customer experiences earned IBM titles such as “Best In-House Corporate Events Team” at the MEA Awards, “Best Data-Driven Marketing Campaign” at the B&T Awards and multiple finalist recognitions at prestigious industry events.

With milestones, including her role as IBM’s Melbourne Marketing Executive and Culture Champion, Program, Brooke appreciates an innovative approach to marketing and champions events and the professionals within the industry.

Brooke is an industry spokesperson, representing IBM at high-profile events like AIME in the Knowledge.

Fiona Tin

Fiona Tin has more than 20 years of experience across marketing, advertising, beauty, jewelry and luxury watches. As the Senior Marketing Manager at CHANEL Hong Kong and Macau, Fiona heads up marketing for the brand’s Fragrance and Beauty Products Division.

Before joining CHANEL, Fiona was leading the Marketing & Communications department in the global head office of TimeVallée – a unique retail concept in multi-brand luxury watch distribution, fully owned by Richemont, working closely with 5 retail partners and 21 luxury Maisons, including Bulgari, Cartier, Chopard, Hermès and Rolex in China, Korea and Spain.

Prior to that, Fiona was holding the position of Brand Marketing Director for Pandora Jewelry Asia Pacific. Under her leadership, the brand achieved the highest level of awareness against its key competitors in Hong Kong and Singapore in 2016. Her omnichannel campaigns were highly recognized by Asia’s top creative minds and senior marketers, with over 20 Marketing & PR awards honored between 2014 and 2017.

Garima Mamgain

Garima Mamgain is a marketing professional with over 13 years of experience across prominent business and consumer brands.

She is a Global Segment Marketing Manager at 3M Inc for Automotive Electrification. In the past, she has also held multiple marketing roles at Audi & Porsche (VW group), Caterpillar and Nokia.

Garima has hands-on experience in many aspects of marketing, including demand generation, campaign management and content marketing.

Grace Chan is Head of Brand and Brand Partnerships Asia Pacific at HSBC. Her remit covers the full spectrum of Brand – from strategy and management; to design and experiences; to global partnerships and ambassadors. Grace comes from a broad business background – having held roles in marketing, public affairs & communications, procurement, HR, strategic planning, and business development. She has worked at American Express, The Coca-Cola Company, and the franchisees of Paul Smith and Vivienne Westwood, across Asia and the US. She holds an MBA from MIT Sloan School of Management.

Matthew Li

Matthew is the Head of Brand & Marketing of Decathlon Hong Kong and leads, manages, and drives the strategic direction of the marketing & creative team to achieve business growth and operational excellence.

This includes formulating holistic and integrated marketing strategies to drive demand, raise brand awareness, acquire new customers, and deepen relationships with existing sports users in Hong Kong.
