She brings with her diversity, depth and breadth of experience across the entire marketing value chain from strategic brand and marketing strategy and communications. Leads the corporate brand and marketing strategy for one of the top ASEAN’s financial institutions. A passionate advocate of ‘Force for Good’, with recognition includes Best Marketer in Sustainable Brand Marketing 2019 and Best Marketer in Loyalty and Engagement 2020, by Malaysia CMO Awards and accorded ‘Women of Worth’ Title by the CMO Global/ CMO Asia in conjunction with the World Women Leadership Congress 2020.
Fiona Tin
Fiona Tin has more than 20 years of experience across marketing, advertising, beauty, jewelry and luxury watches. As the Senior Marketing Manager at CHANEL Hong Kong and Macau, Fiona heads up marketing for the brand’s Fragrance and Beauty Products Division.
Before joining CHANEL, Fiona was leading the Marketing & Communications department in the global head office of TimeVallée – a unique retail concept in multi-brand luxury watch distribution, fully owned by Richemont, working closely with 5 retail partners and 21 luxury Maisons, including Bulgari, Cartier, Chopard, Hermès and Rolex in China, Korea and Spain.
Prior to that, Fiona was holding the position of Brand Marketing Director for Pandora Jewelry Asia Pacific. Under her leadership, the brand achieved the highest level of awareness against its key competitors in Hong Kong and Singapore in 2016. Her omnichannel campaigns were highly recognized by Asia’s top creative minds and senior marketers, with over 20 Marketing & PR awards honored between 2014 and 2017.
Virginia Woodger
Virginia Woodger joined BWX nearly a year ago as Global Marketing Director, leading the Brand, Creative and Digital teams. Prior to this she had an extensive career in marketing across the globe in Europe, Australia and Asia, working in the cosmetics and alcohol industries. During this time, she worked on global leading brands such as Guerlain, L’Oréal Professionnel, Penfolds, Somersby Cider or Nikka Whisky and oversaw a wide array of diverse events designed for multiple types of audiences. She was born in Toulouse, France and graduated from HEC Paris European Business School.
Sanchita Johri
With over a decade and a half of experience straddling technology, media, retail and FMCG/CPG, Sanchita has an experience that spans across 80+ countries ,managing diverse digital, media and commerce teams and brand portfolios. She has won several industry awards which include 40 under 40, top women in social media and others.
She currently leads Digital Activation, Media and CRM at Adidas for Emerging Markets(India, Middle East & North Africa, Turkey, Israel and South Africa)
Previously, she was the Asia Pacific Lead for Connected Commerce and Marketing Excellence at Johnson & Johnson, Consumer Health, leading geographies that include India, South East Asia, Australia, China, Taiwan, Japan, Korea. The portfolio of brands ranged across the baby, skin care, self-care/OTC and essential care categories with over 50+ consumer brands. She’s been a part of the core global project team working on the Brand building model for J&J and has also been awarded for digital transformation by J&J India while in her earlier role as the India Group Digital Lead.
She has had both country and regional digital lead roles, built and recruited teams from ground up. Worked across companies like Reliance Retail, India’s largest omni channel retailer, The Times of India group, SVG Media, with Big FM as a Radio Jockey and also IBM in different roles and capacities. Her articles and views on digital have been published by some of the top print and online publications across APAC and she is an active speaker and panelist at several digital industry events.
Sanchita grew up in Muscat, Oman, worked and lived in Singapore and currently is based in India. She is passionate about connecting and engaging with the connected consumers of today and in her free time loves reading, travel, food, blogs and dogs.
Priyanka Aggarwal
Pri is the Marketing Excellence Director for HEINEKEN Asia Pacific Limited. Pri has experienced living and working in India, USA, France, Kenya, Singapore. Over the course of her career, she has worked with ITC Ltd, PepsiCo., McKinsey and Kimberly Clark and graduated from Wharton School of Business in 2015. Pri believes in the power of courageous creativity and brands in action. Working in such a fun category like beer that is a social lubricant makes it even more exciting to be the catalyst of meaningful connections. HEINEKEN Asia Pacific marketing priorities are focused on nurturing powerful brands, bringing breakthrough innovation, and creating an environment where marketing talent thrives.
Stella Tan
Stella’s career in Marketing has spanned over 20 years. After graduating from the National University of Singapore majoring in Economics and Theatre Studies, she spent a decade in one of Singapore’s leading event agencies, where she led over 100 MICE and special events.
Stella joined Income in 2010 and as Head of Events, was responsible for key corporate events, including two of Income’s Flagship events: Income Kite Festival Singapore 2010 –2015 and the Income Eco Run –Southeast Asia premiere eco run since 2017.
She also currently leads the Brand and Segment Marketing team and is tasked to improve brand loyalty and drive sales by running more effective marketing campaigns that targets the different audience segments.

Sameeksha Uniyal
Sameeksha Uniyal leads the BACARDÍ rum portfolio for the India and Southeast Asia region which includes brands like BACARDÍ Carta Blanca, BACARDÍ Reserva Range-Cuatro, and BACARDÍ Limon. Over the years, she has worked on building consumer experience platforms to establish the brand’s global positioning. She has varied work experience which has enabled her to create synergies between the old and new while unravelling the dynamics of consumer preferences and media, which presents exciting possibilities. Sameeksha also leads experiential properties like BACARDÍ NH7 Weekender and Casa BACARDÍ that tap into consumer passion points. Sameeksha holds a PGDM in Communications & Strategic Marketing from MICA, Ahmedabad.
