Campaign Asia-Pacific is delighted to announce the Event Marketing Awards 2024 are now open for entries.

The aim of the Event Marketing Awards is to showcase and applaud the remarkable endeavours of the business events community in Asia-Pacific. We want to celebrate your ingenuity and pioneering spirit as you craft distinctive and impactful events and experiences spanning diverse markets.

These awards are meticulously judged by a panel of seasoned event marketing experts and recognise companies that have exemplified best practices in conceiving, strategising, executing, and overseeing successful events within the Asia-Pacific region.

In a move to enhance the scope and significance of these awards, Campaign has introduced new categories this year including Best Cause-Related Event, Best Experiential Brand, Best Immersive Experience, Best In-House Marketing Team, and Grand Prix – Best Event Agency (this cannot be entered for directly).

These prestigious awards are open to individuals, brands, agencies, venues, tourism boards, and events suppliers who consistently deliver creative and exceptional events in the region. Detailed category descriptions and submission guidelines can be found in our comprehensive entry kit.

General Guidelines and Information

Eligibility Period

All entries should relate to achievements ONLY during the period 1 January 2023 to 19 February 2024. Written entries that do not focus on the eligibility period but include achievements outside the review period will be disqualified. Campaign Asia-Pacific reserves the right to reject work it feels does not comply with the spirit of the awards.

Who Should Enter

Entry is open to all individuals, brands companies, agencies, suppliers, and venues running, servicing, and housing conferences and events across the Asia-Pacific region. Campaign categories will be open to all types of events – live, virtual and hybrid events – a combination of face-to-face and virtual events.

Date and Deadlines

*All cut-off times for respective deadlines are 6 pm Hong Kong time (UTC/GMT +8:00).

Early Bird Entry Deadline: Friday, 1 December 2023
Standard Entry Deadline: Tuesday, 23 January 2024
Final Entry Deadline: Monday, 19 February 2024
Shortlists Announcement: Friday, 22 March 2024
Winners Announcement: Thursday, 11 April 2024

Judges

An independent jury panel consisting of leading client marketers, agency strategists, and other industry experts will form the jury panel.

At all voting stages, the judges are prevented from voting for entries submitted by their own agency in their market/country. The decision of the jury on all matters relating to the awarding prizes will be final and binding. Great care is taken in selecting a judging panel comprising the right balance of specialist knowledge, experience and objectivity. Strict guidelines, designed to eliminate vested interest or breaches of rules of entry, will be followed.
